THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How can I rent a yard sign for my event?
    To rent a lawn sign for your event, simply fill out our Booking Request form on our website, and we'll take care of the rest! You can also contact us at 905-317-1905 or 905-746-1079 (call or text) or visit us on Instagram and Facebook for more information.
  • Am I able to set up the sign myself?
    Sign setups and takedowns are managed exclusively by our team. We do not offer a DIY option.
  • How Long is the rental period?
    The signs are rented for a 24-hour period unless an additional day has been requested.
  • Can we move the lawn sign?
    To avoid any damages or injury, we kindly request that you refrain from moving any of our signs. Any unauthorized movement of our signs may result in invoicing for any resulting damages.
  • Are the yard signs weather resistant?
    Once setup, Our lawn signs are designed to endure rain or snow. Should unsafe conditions be predicted, such as high winds we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and provide a full refund.
  • Is there anything I need to do before the sign is setup?
    Please water your lawn the night before the setup and, if possible, in the evening of, to prevent any potential disappointment If we are unable to securely place the stakes deep enough into the ground to ensure safe installation, we will be unable to complete the setup, and no refund will be issued.
  • When do you do the sign installs and take downs?
    The setup will occur the evening before your rental date, anytime after 7pm. A specific time will be confirmed on the day of your setup. Removal takes place the following evening after 7pm. If you need the display for an additional day, a second day can be arranged.
  • How Big are the Lawn Signs?
    For our largest Happy Birthday message with the age included, we need a lawn area that measures aprox. 16 feet in length. If you have a smaller space, we have smaller signs that can accommodate that as well.
  • What happens if there is inclement weather the night of the sign set up?
    We reserve the right to cancel reservations, with a full refund, in the event of extreme weather which would prevent the sign from being safely displayed.
  • what forms of payment do you take?
    We currently take e-transfer and cash payments
  • What If I am located out of your service area?
    We strive to accommodate everyone. If you are located within a 15 km radius of our service area, additional travel fees may apply.
  • what is included in the yard sign rental?
    Our price includes the celebration message, the name, age, unlimited decor, set up and take down for a 24-hour duration
  • Do I need to make a deposit to secure my booking?
    Yes, we do require a $50 deposit to secure the booking. Payment must be made in full before the sign setup.
  • Do you take custom orders?
    Yes! We are happy to accommodate any special requests and to make your gift ideas a reality. To make a custom order we recommend reaching out through instagram or facebook messaging, or simply call us with your specific request.
  • Do you deliver?
    In the Hamilton area, we can deliver for free on any order over $125. For orders under $125 we charge $20 for delivery
  • What are stuffed balloons?
    Stuffed balloons are unique gifts that combine the fun of balloons with the surprise of a gift inside. These balloons are filled with small items like toys, candies, or personalized messages, creating a delightful and memorable present for any occasion.
  • What can I put inside a stuffed balloon?
    You can fill stuffed balloons with a variety of items such as small toys, candies, confetti, personalized messages, or even small gifts. We strongly discourage putting any objects in the balloon that contains sharp edges, after all it is a balloon and we don't want it to pop on you during transport.
